Airport Smart Bus Traveling to Phuket International Airport tomorrow from Big C Kamala in the morning. Google maps show that the smart bus drops at the Domestic airport and then I'll have to walk for 800 metres to get to the International Airport. So the bus doesn't stop at international airport? How difficult is the walk between the drop location and international airport? (Cuz last time I visited the airport I saw the roads are pretty steep up and down with traffic so won't be easy to walk with luggage)

    1. xnjmx

Walk across at ground level (200m) and there’s a lift inside international terminal to take you up to departures. Easy.

They are right next to each other so easy to access one form the other

How to get off Phuket Smart Bus? Hi all, we got on the Phuket Smart Bus last second before departure. But now we wonder how to get off? Tell the driver? The tourists around us seem to not speak any of our languages or be super helpful

    1. Chad_Slamchest

Google the bus. The stop schedule will come up, track your position on google maps and get off at your stop.

Phuket Smart Bus Hello everyone. What are your experiences with the new transfer option, Phuket Smart Bus? Do they come (mostly) on time? \*Since I don't know how to ride a bike, it would be cool if I could rely on the smart bus to go to other beaches while staying at one, without hassling with cabs. TIA!

Yes they are bang on time and pretty neat too, I nearly missed my bus because I was late by 2-3 minutes.

I took the Phuket Smart Bus to the airport - it was great! It was bang-on time. I took the first bus of the day, was the only passenger at the first stop. No one else was picked up til we got to Patong, when about 9 people got on. No one else - so we arrived at the airport 1h25 mins after I boarded. Still only THB100. Highly recommend.
