At Bangkok Hospital Phuket, the Wellness BASIC check-up for people under 35 is THB 2,750, and CLASSIC for people over 35 is THB 5,850, as read in October 2026. Dibuk Hospital has a women's health check from THB 1,500. Fast for at least 8 to 12 hours before the examination.

In the Wellness CLASSIC package you choose only one of three options: Eye Check-up Basic, PSA or ThinPrep.
Which package fits you
If you are under 35, Wellness BASIC is the package set for your age group. It already includes a physician consultation, blood work, urine, a chest X-ray and an EKG.
Once you pass 35 you move to Wellness CLASSIC, where you choose one add-on from three. Decide beforehand whether an eye check, PSA or ThinPrep matters most to you. Programs from SUPERIOR to EXECUTIVE are split by sex and age band, which is why the table above shows two prices for most of them.
If you only want a blood and urine panel, the Siam Clinic Phuket basic program lists tests of that kind, so we recommend starting there. Siam Clinic publishes no price for it, so ask for a written quote.
What a basic check-up covers
Wellness BASIC at Bangkok Hospital Phuket covers these items:
Consultation with a physician, body mass index and visual acuity.
Complete blood count, fasting blood sugar, ALT, creatinine with eGFR.
Cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL.
Urine exam, chest X-ray and EKG.

At Siam Clinic Phuket, some diseases or symptoms may not be detected by a general medical examination, so tell staff or the doctor about particular concerns.
Fasting and preparation before a blood test
Bangkok Hospital Phuket asks you to fast from food and drink for at least 8 to 12 hours before the examination.
Siam Clinic Phuket asks you not to eat or drink for at least 8 hours before the test.
Siam Clinic Phuket asks you not to drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before the check-up.
Siam Clinic Phuket asks for about 6-8 hours of sleep before the check-up.
Siam Clinic Phuket asks anyone pregnant or possibly pregnant to tell the staff before the test.

Medical certificate for a work permit
A work permit application includes a medical certificate that the foreigner does not have the prohibited characteristics. Its validity is as the doctor states.
